Complaints and returns
Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to the following address: support@messedbydress.com, providing the order number and describing the product defect. After sending the photos and the complaint form, we will consider the application within 30 days and offer a partial refund or a new product. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order.
