Complaints and returns
Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to the following address: support@messedbydress.com, providing the order number and describing the product defect. After sending the photos and the complaint form, we will consider the application within 30 days and offer a partial refund or a new product. We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order. The product must be new, unused and returned at the customer's expense, unless the error was ours. Once the return is accepted, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
